Job Position: Warehouse Packaging Associate

Location: Holly, MI 48442

Pay Rate: $15.10-$16.10/hr (based on attendance bonus)

Shift: 2nd & 3rd; full-time, contract/temporary with potential to be hired in

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Packaging Associates for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Holly, MI. These full-time, temp-to-hire positions are perfect for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a high-performance team. As a member of the Quick Changeover Pit Crew, you'll play a key role in sorting, handling, and preparing parts for storage and shipment.

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Saturday (OT possible)

3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday night-Thursday night (OT possible) Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor sorting machines

Dump and feed parts into machines

Handle parts post-sorting and prep for storage or shipment

Weigh, label, and stack full boxes on pallets

Keep work area clean and organized

Use hand truck or forklift to move parts

Maintain documentation and follow supervisor instructions

Support team with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For

Must pass non-THC drug screen and criminal background check

Ability to read and follow work instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

Able to work assigned shift and adapt to varying tasks

Prior forklift experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
