Preschool Program Coordinator This coordinator position will oversee the Westfield Preschool Program across multiple school sites.
Performance Responsibilities: Collaborate with district staff and community partner staff involved in the development and/or implementation of Preschool-related early childhood plans/goals Attend EEC meetings and professional development trainings Implement the Preschool Strategic Action Plan Coordinate and facilitate all Preschool Leadership Team meetings Supervise and evaluate itinerant preschool staff Assist in recruitment and hiring of Preschool staff Collaborate with Grants Manager on all aspects of preschool grants, including grant writing and amendments Monitor and report on program quality, using required templates and tools (ie the CLASS tool and state reporting) Support implementation of high quality preschool curriculum and assessments Communicate frequently with district staff, community members, and community partners Additional duties as assigned by the Superintendent or designee
