We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience to oversee a program for the Executive Office of the President. This role requires a strategic leader adept at managing a team of technology professionals in an Agile Kanban environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for the health, performance, and success of the task order, ensuring that all project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT INCLUDE...

Provide program and technical project management support to manage assigned activities and products and ensure alignment with overall objectives of the customer.

Coordinate activities with government task managers, product owners, and other government stakeholders.

Manage established timelines/priorities, budget, and personnel resource constraints.

Ensure clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.

Lead and manage a team of developers, system administrators, and testers in support of a portfolio of custom and off-the-shelf enterprise applications.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Facilitate design and delivery of technology solutions and services, ensuring that work is performed in compliance with IT policies and constraints.

Manage all project-level activities to ensure program goals and deliverables are completed and meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

Remain knowledgeable of market conditions, keep current industry trends, and propose new processes, tools, and platforms to address the customer's strategic goals and generally drive continuous modernization.

Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

Manage resources, ensuring the team composition includes the necessary number of resources with skills for successful performance throughout the entire period of performance.

Identify and communicate contractual issues or risks in a timely manner with proposed remedies.

Leverage tools such as Jira to capture discrete tasks with the appropriate project and issue type. Requirements

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS...

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience

PMP certification preferred

Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Security+ CE preferred

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a government setting

Demonstrated experience with Agile Kanban methodology, including level of effort estimation

Strong leadership and management skills

Proficiency in project management software and tool

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks

Demonstrated ability to build rapport with government customers, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders

Understanding of federal contracting and compliance requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Enthusiasm for continuous learning
