This position will entail working with the various product lines in performing PPV/FAI (Production Process Verification/ First Article Inspection) tasks within the Microwave Factory. This is a hands-on role that will work directly with operators and technicians to addressing and correcting process issues, along with verifying that we properly follow our processes.
Full-time onsite:
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma
1-2 years experience within a manufacturing setting
Must have experience with a microscope and have knowledge of standards and ability to interpret drawings
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills and Education
3-4 years experience within a manufacturing setting
Lean knowledge (single piece vs batch processing) preferred
Familiarity with Windows based applications (comfort using computers and interacting with equipment software)
Knowledge of MIL-STD-883
Secret Security Clearance
