Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

8 years of experience crafting and implementing strategic technology roadmaps that incorporate enterprise cloud offerings, custom application delivery, and low-code/no-code solutions.

8 years of experience driving alignment with Agile principles and practices to ensure seamless integration of technology initiatives with organizational priorities.

8 years of experience optimizing system for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Proven track record collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvement.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects with business impact.

8 years of experience managing technology programs to meet budgetary, compliance, and performance objectives.

Supporting and guiding large teams (100+ members) and overseeing complex Agile portfolios with multiple Agile Release Trains, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.

Advanced certification and specialized training required includes AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Network Professional, Microsoft Azure Expert, and certifications on relational databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL.
