Founding Engineer

I’m supporting a fast-growing, VC-backed startup in San Francisco that’s fundamentally rethinking how top companies like Palantir, Ramp, Scale AI, and Applied Intuition hire top talent. They’re looking for a Founding Product Engineer to join as one of their first technical hires.

This is a high-ownership, product-focused role where you'd be building end-to-end, working closely with users, and helping scale a product that’s already showing strong traction (8-figure ARR within a year).

They’re looking for:

3+ years of software/product engineering experience

Strong design instincts and side project experience

Top-tier academic background (e.g. MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, etc.)

Experience at high-ownership cultures (e.g. Ramp, Scale, Palantir, Anduril)

High energy, clear communication, and genuine interest in the recruiting/talent space
