Superintendent - WATER/WASTEWATER

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent with 6-15 years of experience on Water/Wastewater projects over $10MM. This role will oversee a $250MM project in San Francisco East Bay, California.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily site operations for three projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Supervise and coordinate crew.

Lead and direct mechanical installations while being adaptable to civil and structural scopes.

Work closely with project managers to facilitate submittals, procurement, and overall project execution.

Ensure compliance with all project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and labor.

Troubleshoot site issues and implement effective problem-solving strategies.

Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and site progress tracking.

Qualifications

6-15 years of experience on public/municipal projects over $10MM.

Engineering or Construction Management degree required.

OSHA 10 certification requires .

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive project success.

Proficient in using the following software packages: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project.

Experience with the following software is preferred, but not required: Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista, BIM.
