Admissions Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Reivew medical records, physicans notes and other relevant documents to determine the suitability of potential residents

Serve as the primary point of contact for families anf referral sources during the admission process

Conduct tours of the facility and provide detailed ifnormation about services, amenities and care provided

Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners and social workers to coordinate admissions

Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner

Maintain complaince with state and federal regulations regarding patient admissions and documentation What We Offer:

High school Diploma or GED

Prior experience in a healthcare setting in admissions or case management

Ability to build a rapport with residents, families and healthcare professionals

Strong empathy and listening skills required
