Job Description

We're searching for a Copy Supervisor who will be responsible for the conception, design, and execution of innovative visual materials for integrated, cross channel initiatives including: large web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing. Individuals should possess strong conceptual and design skills and assist the Creative Director in improving the conceptual, technical and creative performance of staff within their group.

Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities include:

Partner with art directors, planning, and account team to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs

Own projects, beginning to end

Write and reference promotional material without supervision

Constantly look for new, compelling copy presentation

Strong understanding and experience in annotating

Supervise and direct copy written by junior writers or copywriters

Clearly communicate information and direction to other writers as well as suppliers, freelancers, and editorial staff.

Participate in client meetings and presentations

Present work in an organized and interesting manner

You know the goals of every program that you work on and communicate those goals to the team consistently

You understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations relevant to your audiences Qualifications

Four year degree

6-8 years' experience

Creative agency experience desired; pharma agency, preferred

DTC and HCP writing experience

Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles

Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across mediums

Experience with online and offline media preferred

Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $125,925 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
