Summary of Job Functions:
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of the entire Information Technology organization, including IT Operations and Cyber Security
Leading, mentoring, and managing Director level personnel, providing strategic guidance and ensuring effective alignment with company goals
Developing and implementing IT policies, governance frameworks, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, security, compliance, and risk management
Collaborating with executive stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology strategies that support current operations and drive future growth
Overseeing budget planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and project prioritization to maximize value from technology investments
Leading efforts to obtain and maintain industry-specific certifications, such as HIPAA, High Trust, and other healthcare-related certifications Minimum Requirements:
Extensive leadership experience in managing diverse IT functions at a senior executive level
Demonstrated expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance
Exceptional strategic thinking and decision making skills, with proven success aligning technology strategy with overall business objectives
Strong people management and mentoring skills, with experience managing senior-level IT professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Ability to work onsite in our Jupiter, FL office Preferred Skills and Previous Experience:
Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, PMP, ITIL, or related credentials
Proven track record successfully leading organizational change or transformation initiatives
Experience in industries requiring stringent regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards
