If so, All Together Autism is looking for you!nWe're on the hunt for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist who's ready to take the lead in optimizing the financial lifecycle of our client services-maximizing cash flow, strengthening client relations, and helping our mission to support individuals and families impacted by autism.n What You'll Do:nAs our RCM Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert overseeing the entire revenue cycle-from benefit verification and prior authorizations to coding accuracy, claims submission, and denial management.

You'll:nnCreate and implement strategic billing workflows and policiesnPartner with our Intake team to ensure smooth client onboarding and accurate financial data collectionnCoordinate directly with insurance funders and lead provider credentialingnMonitor and manage payment schedules alongside our Operations teamnTrack and analyze key metrics like claim denial rates, clean claim submissions, and patient liability debtnWork closely with our CFO to drive improvement in financial processesnStay up to date on HIPAA and compliance standards while safeguarding client confidentialitynn Who You Are:nYou bring a strategic mindset and strong organizational skills.

You enjoy turning data into actionable insight and are committed to continuous improvement.
