Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a new front desk receptionist for our busy medical office. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, youll be the face of our clinicsetting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed

Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately

Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments

Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Customer service experience a plus

Must have proficient computer/typing skills

Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferredSchedule:

Monday to Friday

Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm

No weekendsWork Location: In person

Pay range: $19.00-$19.50/hour
