2nd Shift General Laborer

Pro Resources has partnered with a local fabricating facility that customizes work trucks for different fleets. They manufacture ladder racks, toolboxes, and different customizations, depending on specific needs. Weâ re seeking an experienced General Laborer!

Hours:

2nd Shift

2pm-10:30pm M-F or 2pm-12:30am M-Th

Training on 1st shift

5:30am - 2pm

Pay:

$16.50-18.50/hour

Pay based on experience

Job Duties:

-Install aftermarket equipment on new vehicles following detailed work instructions and schematics.

-Safely mount and connect mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.

-Test installed parts to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.

-Verify completion of all work order items and document any discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

-Proficiency with hand and power tools.

-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and understand 12V circuits.

-Basic troubleshooting skills.

-Experience with hydraulics and welding is a plus.

-Valid driver's license required.

-Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours

-Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift

-Must wear Steel toed boots with metatarsal guards

-Must wear safety glasses
