Responsibilities

Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications and production requirements.

Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate production schedules and workflow.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Assist in training new operators and providing guidance on machine operation and best practices.

Willing to perform other duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.

Proven experience and work history.

Ability to read and understand job requirements and machine operating instructions.

Comfortable with basic measurements and math skills.

Familiarity with safety standards and practices related to machine operation.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency in production.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Reliable transportation is a must.

Background check and drug test required, to be performed on site.

Benefits

Starting pay for this position depends on qualifications and experience. Reviews are given at 90 days. At 60 days, health, dental and vision insurance are available. After 90 days, employees are eligible for holiday pay and PTO. A 401k plan is also available, with company match after 1 year.
