Our Electrical Quality Assurance Analysts ensure the integrity and performance of our products by performing thorough visual, mechanical, and electrical evaluations. Using state-of-the-art tools, you'll identify defects in materials, components, and finished goods, collaborating with teams to solve issues and refine processes.
Your Core Duties
Conduct rigorous factory acceptance tests adhering to Powell Standards.
Engage with sophisticated electronic equipment for inspections and testing.
Bring Powell's electrical products to life and troubleshoot as needed.
Handle documentation related to quality control, including system discrepancies and non-conformities.
Directly interact with diverse departments to resolve quality matters and improve process efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement projects and uphold a thriving safety culture.
Maintain organizational standards and elevate product quality by identifying potential risks.
Qualifications That Set You Apart
High School Diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training.
1-3 years in a manufacturing setting exposes you to the practical side of quality inspection.
Skilled in interpreting technical documents and engineering diagrams—a critical skill in our field.
Advantageous Experience
A background in electrical or electronic quality inspection gives you a head start.
Insight into industry codes is beneficial to this role.
