Falcon Structures is transforming how businesses approach their challenges through versatile, container-based solutions. From workspaces and living spaces that support and empower the workforce to critical equipment enclosures that contribute to large-scale projects, our products are designed to solve meaningful challenges across many industries. If you’re driven to help businesses achieve their goals with innovative solutions, this role is for you.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure that the container modification process runs smoothly. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections throughout the production process, documenting results, and working closely with internal teams, external quality agencies, third-party inspectors, and customers to identify and resolve quality issues. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact customer satisfaction and product performance.
What You’ll Do
Perform in-process and final inspections of products to ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and internal quality standards.
Accurately document inspection results, maintain detailed records, and support traceability of quality-related data.
Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformances, collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Serve as a key liaison for post-delivery quality concerns, working directly with the Customer Success Manager to investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Foster strong working relationships with production personnel and cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who possesses excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Someone with a strong understanding of inspection techniques, quality standards, and documentation practices.
Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools: tape measure, reading voltmeter, level meter, depth gauge, and electronic scale.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A self-starter who is excited to own their success and contribute to a growing company.
Why This Role Matters
