Videography Intern

WeatherTech Direct is offering an ambitious and dependable individual a paid summer internship with our Videography Department. The ideal candidate has refined communication skills, is organized and comfortable juggling diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment. Ultimately, this internship will help cultivate videography skills and provide insight into the many areas of specialization within the world of video. This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $20/hour.

As a Videographer Intern, you will:

Transport, set up, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production.

Collaborate with the video team to develop creative for various marketing tactics

Help prepare for company events and sponsorships

Assist with daily administrative tasks

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will:

Be enrolled as a college junior or senior who has taken an undergraduate videography course(s) or is currently working towards a videography degree

Have curiosity and a strong desire to learn

General technical knowledge of video and studio equipment

Ability to handle, lift and store various equipment used in the Video department

Possess strong business writing, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Have a sense of urgency and passion – can readily adapt in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and attention to detail

Be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Be able to dedicate a minimum of 4 days per week to the in-office internship

Be authorized to work in the United States
