Afternoons: 3:45 pm - 12:00 am
Midnights: 11:45 pm - 8:00 am Your Core Responsibilities
Seamlessly run extrusion tasks with minimal supervision.
Utilize measuring instruments with precision.
Generate necessary documentation including process monitoring and maintenance forms.
Create bar code labels and accurately tag products.
Capture and input production data and statistics into our computer systems.
Manipulate and weigh scrap materials judiciously.
Operate grinding machinery efficiently.
Prepare materials for production with expert care.
Adhere to all quality control protocols.
Promote a positive and supportive environment in all interactions.
Commit to maintaining a safe workplace at all times. Occasional Duties
Skillfully maneuver hi-lows.
Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
Ensure that the workspace remains clean and orderly. Minimum Expertise Required
A solid understanding of:
Basic mathematics, fractions, and decimals.
Statistical Process Control techniques.
Reading and interpreting blueprints.
Operating with basic knowledge of running and drying temperatures.
1 year of manufacturing experience, with a preference for plastics.
Mechanical inclinations are highly regarded. Education/Experience
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); experience in the plastics field is a significant plus, coupled with SPC skills and blueprint reading training.
All candidates must successfully pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
