Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager. This is an exempt remote position is in support of government customer out of the DMV.

Responsibilities:

The PM serves as Primary POC and would be responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract, and project management support. The PM is responsible for developing work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement. The PM oversees the deployment of all program criterion. This person will interact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership; Responsible for program financials, employee review, customer relationships, quality management, staffing and team building. The PM is responsible for identifying opportunities to provide additional services. Assists in developing management plans, procedures, and methodology. Providing accounting operations support conducting in depth research into accounting discrepancies, and cleanup efforts. This a an exempt position in support of the government customer out of the DMV. Remote with occasional onsite reporting.

Experience Required:

Serving as the Contractor's main point of contact and overall performance

Lead software development efforts implementing AGILE methodologies and expert knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud technologies.

Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects

Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.

Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.

Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Provides strategic, technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems from experience advising senior leadership on IT strategic work.

Qualifications Requirements:

BA in Information Management or IT related focus or MBA in Business Administration

10+ years of IT project management experience

Minimum 7 years with Agile methodologies and project management

HHS and or AHRC experience

PMP/PMI certification

Scrum Master certification

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent communication

Solid relationship builder

Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)

Full-time
