Our client, an innovative manufacturing facility manufacturing devices, is seeking experienced Assemblers to join their team on 3rd shift. You must have experience assembling electro-mechanical products in a production manufacturing role.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 11:00 pm to 7:00 AM Starting Sunday night at 11pm
We are looking for people who have at least 1-2 years of production assembly experience, electrical or mechanical assembly skills. This is in a clean room environment, which requires you to wear head to toe garments protecting the product.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing assembly in a manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to work with small parts under magnification if needed
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Ability to read work instructions, and document work using computer systems.
Electronic, electrical, mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
As an Assembler on their team, you will assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices following assembly drawings, BOMâ s, visual aids, etc. The typical daily duties of the Assembler may include soldering, crimping, mechanical assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation. You will utilize hand tools, manual presses, assembly fixtures, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.
