Senior Solution Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join Optura as we transform the healthcare industry with our groundbreaking AI enterprise operating system, EOS. In this customer-facing role, you will deploy our platform for healthcare customers, collaborating directly with them to gather requirements and develop tailored AI use cases, such as prior authorization, drug rebates, and formulary management—that solve their unique challenges. You'll also serve as a vital link between customers and our product team, ensuring their feedback drives platform improvements. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Partner with healthcare payer and PBM customers to understand their needs, gather technical and business requirements, and translate them into effective solutions using our AI platform.

Platform Deployment: Lead the implementation and integration of the AI EOS into customer environments, ensuring smooth deployment and optimal performance.

1) Configure serverless and container architectures

2) Leverage AWS components to deploy industry leading AI platform

Use Case Development: Design and build customized AI use cases on top of the platform, addressing specific customer pain points.

1) Apply full SDLC for AI components

2) Develop detailed documentation for system functionality

3) Integrate AI solutions seamlessly using Python and JavaScript

4) Implement and optimize agentic systems and RAG techniques

5) Capture, monitor, and analyze metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements

Platform Expertise & Guidance: Provide technical expertise, training, and ongoing support to help customers fully leverage the platform and achieve their goals.

Feedback Integration: Collect and document customer requirements and feedback, collaborating with the product team to construct solutions and provide input to enhance the EOS platform.

Qualifications

Required:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

1) 10+ year in software development, engineering role

2) 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as solution engineering or implementation engineering.

3) Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software solutions, ideally in AI, data, or integration contexts.

Technical Stacks You'll Have the Chance to Work With:

1) Python, LangGraph, Agentic frameworks

2) Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

3) Applications with embedded AI capabilities and integrated AI models (e.g., foundation models, natural language processing) into enterprise software.

4) Devops pipelines and monitoring solutions

Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent work with team collaboration.

Preferred:

Industry Experience: Experience working or consulting in healthcare payers, PBMs, or regulated industries.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration, enterprise Java, JavaScript, c#, or AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy standards like HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2

Additional Requirements

Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 30%).

Mindset: Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-first approach.

Salary Range : $175k – $225k
