TMC has a rich history of providing its services at iconic locations such as The Baccarat Hotel and Residences in New York City. We are currently seeking an HR Admin to join our team at our corporate office in Hoboken.
This position requires a background in a strong Administrative HR and/or recruiting. In this role, you will support the Human Resource Department and company President and have the opportunity to learn about multi-state hiring, strategic sourcing, and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of employee files, I-9 verifications, compliance trainings and all HR related filing and onboarding paperwork.
Maintain job requisitions organized in our company files and applicant tracking system.
Process, review, track, and communicate results of pre-employment screenings such as background checks and previous employment verifications.
Screen resumes and conduct pre-employment screening interviews to potential candidates.
Schedule final interviews with Human Resources Manager and hiring managers.
Assist new employees with questions and issues related to recruiting, onboarding paperwork, and pre-employment processes.
Order all office supplies, as well as keep track of office inventory to avoid supply shortage.
Produce bi-weekly reports and updates on candidate tracking/files and all onboarding paperwork and yearly compliance trainings.
Assist with other admin and human resources related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Word and Excel
Must have a Human Resources and/or Recruiting background.

Sensitivity to confidential matters
Contribute towards administrative duties and office matters as needed.
