Loch Harbour Group is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Program Manager that will be responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary facility sustainment, repair, renovation, and new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct non-routine and complex assignments involving full project execution or a segment of a larger initiative.
Select and adapt project plans, designs, and layouts while coordinating personnel and resolving technical challenges.
Develop and present professional engineering communications and project updates.
Conduct engineering mathematical calculations and unit conversions.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word for project documentation and reporting.
Manage project or construction oversight, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain project schedules for facility sustainment and repair initiatives.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure project alignment with quality and safety standards.
Perform cost estimation and apply project methodologies to achieve budgetary goals.
Prepare turnkey, design-build, and traditional construction/repair contract statements of work.
Ensure adherence to applicable engineering-related codes and standards.Requirements:
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree (minimum) and/or 3-7 years of relevant experience in project or construction management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in multidisciplinary facility sustainment, renovation, and repair projects.
Proficiency in engineering calculations, Microsoft Office Suite, and project scheduling software.
Familiarity with applicable engineering-related codes and standards.
Active Secret Clearance Required OR Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
PMP or other project management certification.
Experience managing federal/government contracts.
