Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support a government program. This full-time, on-site position plays a key leadership role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring alignment with government budget cycles, and supporting program success.Requirements:
Duties will include:
Lead and train financial analysts in program financial management tasks.
Track technical and financial milestones and provide regular reporting.
Support government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding execution, and performance monitoring.
Report on financial benchmarks including commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
Quickly learn and apply complex financial processes and systems with minimal supervision.
Assist in managing the program’s overall financial posture and ensure compliance with government requirements.
Minimum Position Requirements
Current SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to award.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least 10 years of experience in government financial and budget cycles and financial systems;
OR High school diploma with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience leading and training financial analysts.
Expertise in tracking technical and financial milestones.
At least 3 years of recent experience with government planning, forecasting, budgeting, funding execution, and reporting on commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
Demonstrated ability to learn complex financial processes in real-time with minimal guidance.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting.
5 years of federal grant management experience; Department of Navy or DoD preferred.
5 years of experience using Navy ERP or comparable DoD accounting systems.
Experience training users on Navy ERP or similar systems.
Strong computer proficiency and data analysis skills.
