At 3 Men Movers, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for customers and our team. As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll gain hands-on sales experience and insight into our business operations, fostering professional growth across various departments.
Position Overview:
Support sales and reservations, engage with customers, and learn how departments collaborate.
This a paid position that will last through summer, with a hourly rate of $18-20 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Departmental Learning: Attend meetings, shadow managers, and participate in projects.
Customer Interaction: Manage reservation queues and customer service calls, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Administrative Support: Record interactions in CRM, assist with operations, and perform receptionist duties.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a school program.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus.
Ability to multitask, eager to learn, and reliable transportation is required.
