Job Description
The Prairie School is seeking an energetic, outgoing professional to join our school in August 2025. The ideal candidate must have a joyful growth mindset along with a thoughtful, welcoming team player attitude, as this position is a shared with another team member for the main entrance and switchboard of the school. The ideal candidate must be able to manage logistics of the day-to-day operations of the school through communication and support. Some clerical support for administrative departments is also required on an as-needed basis as well as supporting our Division Offices daily. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The capability to work independently and strategically, take initiative, and react and adapt to changing situations and new opportunities appropriately.
This position is a part-time hourly year-round position from 12:00-5:30 while school is in session with flexible hours in the summer months. This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and experience in an office setting, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is required. School experience is preferred. Qualified candidates will possess a passion for inclusion and community building.
