Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Collector/Phlebotomist contractor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing specimen collections and related tasks while ensuring a positive experience for patients and clients. We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed/on-call) positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures to collect blood samples

Accurately label and process specimens for transport and testing

Maintain proper documentation and patient records

Follow all safety, infection control, and quality assurance procedures

Provide excellent customer service to patients and team members

Travel to collection sites as needed

Assist with specimen handling, shipping, and inventory management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Phlebotomy certification required (CPT, PBT, or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy & collector experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Work Schedule:

Full-Time: Flexible

Part-Time: Flexible Days and Hours

PRN: As needed based on staffing and operational needs
