Press Operator

Position Title: Press Operator

Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am 3:00pm, 3:00pm 11:00pm or 11:00pm 7:00am

Press Operator Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate small, medium and large presses.

- Set up and operate support equipment such as stock feeders, roll feeds, etc.

- Utilize routings, prints or directions to make required parts

- Set up complicated sheet metal stamping dies

- Set up and operate in-line feeders, coil stock reels and various support equipment

- Check parts to be sure "dull" tooling doesn't cause excessive burr conditions

Requirements for Press Operator:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Able to lift up to 35lbs. at least every hour a shift.

- Able to stand or sit entire shift depending on parts that need to be assembled

- Able to read instructions in English
