A well-established structural engineering firm is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join their growing team in Tulsa, OK. This opportunity is ideal for a driven engineer with 3 8 years of experience who is ready to contribute to high-profile commercial and institutional projects. The role involves supporting licensed engineers by performing structural design calculations, preparing construction documents, and participating in field observations and construction administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed engineers with structural design and documentation on commercial projects
Develop engineering drawings and perform structural calculations
Support construction administration and conduct site visits to verify design implementation
Coordinate with clients and project teams to deliver elegant, practical, and timely solutions
Work on a wide range of project types including healthcare, education, biotech, corporate, parking structures, and recreational facilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 3 years of structural design experience with commercial building projects
Familiarity with Autodesk Revit (professional or academic experience accepted)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
4 8 years of structural engineering experience
Demonstrated ability to manage portions of a project independently
Experience across multiple commercial market sectors
