We’ve completed thousands of shoots and built deep relationships with over 750 agents. Now, we’re growing into new markets — and we’re looking for a strong, process-minded Operations Manager to keep the engine running smoothly while we scale.The Role
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the glue between our people, processes, and clients. This isn’t just about admin — it’s about building a sustainable machine behind a creative business. You’ll lead team accountability, improve systems, manage logistics, support hiring and training, and keep everything moving behind the scenes while freeing up the CEO to focus on growth.
We’re not looking for someone to keep things “as-is.” We’re looking for a builder — someone ready to grow with us and take real ownership of results.Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Keep the team accountable to clear KPIs and weekly standards across photo, video, editing, and client delivery.
Project & Production Oversight: Make sure every shoot runs on time, is properly assigned, and goes out the door at the level our brand promises.
Hiring, Onboarding, and Firing: Own recruiting pipelines, lead onboarding, and make tough decisions when needed.
Workflow + Systems: Improve SOPs and streamline tools like Monday.com, GHL, Zapier, Aryeo, and Slack.
Client Success Coordination: Ensure follow-ups, rebooking efforts, and communication flows through the pipeline without fail.
Financial Admin Support: Collaborate with the CEO and bookkeeper on invoicing, payroll coordination, and expense tracking.
Problem Solving: Take initiative to fix issues before they become problems. Own the outcome — not just the task.
Culture & Communication: Keep morale high, ensure expectations are clear, and support a results-first team culture.What We’re Looking For
3+ years in an operations or production management role (ideally in media, agency, or service-based business)
Experience managing people, systems, and deadlines in a high-volume environment
Strong leadership and communication skills — you can hold people accountable and build trust
Obsessed with organization, quality, and execution
Tech-savvy and comfortable inside tools like Slack, Monday.com, GHL, QuickBooks, Zapier, Google Workspace
Understands how to lead without ego and be the calm in the chaos
