Lead Process Engineer Water/Wastewater Design

Location: College Station, TX Full-time 10+ Years of Experience

Compensation: $100K$120K base + bonus + full benefits (health, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, professional development)

Overview:

An award-winning Team is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to oversee municipal water/wastewater treatment plant design. This role is ideal for a PE-licensed engineer with deep technical experience and leadership ability. Youll drive innovation, mentor a growing team, and play a hands-on role in delivering high-performance infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process design for custom municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities.

Collaborate across mechanical, structural, and civil teams.

Interface with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.

Manage technical design reviews, QA/QC, and schedule adherence.

Mentor junior staff and lead internal technical development.

Qualifications:

PE License (required)

10+ years of municipal water/wastewater experience, including 2+ in leadership.

Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., GPS-X, BioWin, Sumo).

Experience with hydraulic modeling and large, multidisciplinary projects.

Masters degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering preferred.
