The Express Service Advisor at Evergreen Subaru works in our busy Express Service Department to check in our walk-in customers for maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, State inspections, etc. This person is responsible for writing repair orders and recommending services identified by our Express Service Technicians, but ultimately they are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our walk-in customers from check in to check out.
The Express Service Advisor works closely with the Service Manager and other Service Advisors to enhance customer satisfaction, long-term customer loyalty, and referrals. Prior experience is welcome but not required, as well as a demonstrated ability to translate automotive repair into understandable terms. We have a philosophy of honest and open communications - both with customers and staff. Simply put, we seek to deliver a truly exceptional automotive purchase and ownership experience.
Requirements
1) A valid, clean driver's license is required
2) Ability to use a computer is required
3) Saturday availability is expected
4) Previous (in person) customer service experience is preferred
