One Source Utility Service LLC is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Traffic Management Flaggers to help guide traffic through construction sites and ensure the safety of both crews and the public. In this role, you'll be the person that keeps everything flowing smoothly!

What You'll Be Doing

Help direct traffic with your friendly demeanor and clear signals to keep both pedestrians and vehicles safe.

Assist in creating a safe work environment for your teammates and the public by effectively managing traffic flow.

Work closely with construction teams to anticipate and address any traffic challenges on site.

Communicate with drivers and pedestrians to provide directions and manage inquiries.

Stay alert and focused while having a good time working outdoors with your team!

Requirements

What You Should Bring to the Table

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills!

A strong understanding of traffic control safety protocols.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we will provide training!

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Reliability and a commitment to teamwork.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Your own reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Availability to work flexible hours as required.

Benefits

Starting Pay: $17-$19/hour depending on experience

Expected hours- 32-45/per week
