Role Overview:
We are seeking a Jr.-Mid-level Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience / background in technical recruitment, be adept at sourcing top-tier technical talent, and have a knack for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. They will be driven to be a top performer, eager to learn and demonstrate the grit and tenacity to "Do hard things".
This role will focus on filling key technical positions across various I.T. projects while aligning recruitment efforts with KSTAs strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level I.T. roles (software engineers, network admins, cloud architects, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates using various recruitment platforms and techniques
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate a smooth hiring process
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Qualifications:
1-3 years of I.T. recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of technical roles and industry trends
Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
