Summary
This is a scientific and technical position responsible for doing scientific analysis for digital pathology images with appropriate presentation of key data to the stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs end-to-end histo-pathology image analysis studies for our pharmaceutical & biotech clients.
Meets with clients to identify study requirements and propose study design
Conducts image analysis study including slide-scanning, image analysis, and data analysis
Maintains regular status communications with client throughout study execution
Prepares study reports for client and present results, data, and findings
Responsible for the appropriate accessing and handling of electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) as outlined by policy and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Minimum Qualifications
Indica Labs is a Federal Contractor, so candidates within the United State should expect a requirement for full vaccination against COVID-19
Bachelors Degree in science or related biomedical science
One (1) year of experience in image analysis or digital pathology
One (1) year of experience with data analysis, including statistical analysis of experimental data
Authorization to work in the United States, or appropriate authorization to work in the applicants current home country (Indica Labs, Inc. does not sponsor work visas)
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in science or related biomedical science
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to deliver presentations to small and large scientific audiences
Soft skills, with a passion for providing superior customer service
Basic skills in Information Technology (IT) and network knowledge
Ability to provide complex data in an easy to understand format
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work for extended periods of time using computer screens
Location
This position is based at our headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico and supports remote, hybrid, and in office working arrangements. Remote/Hybrid employees may be required to attend regular in-office meetings.
