Job Search

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the full production lifecycle ensuring efficient scheduling, inventory control, team leadership, and continuous process improvement in a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily production schedules based on demand and inventory levels

Supervise warehouse and logistics functions including receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment

Track and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, production efficiency, waste, and delivery timelines

Collaborate across departments to ensure timely raw material availability and shipment of finished goods

Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies

Maintain high standards of quality and food safety compliance across all processes

Train, lead, and evaluate team members; assist with staffing and performance management

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cost

Support safety and GMP compliance, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all facility protocols
