Seeking an IT Applications Manager with hospital experience for an Onsite role.

30 minutes south of Middletown and 1 hour south of Wilmington

Strategic leadership role where technology meets transformative care. As our onsite IT Applications Manager, you’ll be at the center of clinical innovation—leading teams, shaping systems, and driving real impact for patients and providers alike.

Experience needed:

• Be able to do the job as described

• Strong leadership skills (5 years) in IT management with experience managing direct reports

• 5 years of Healthcare Tech/IT experience is required

• Experience with Epic and/or Infor platforms highly preferred

• ITIL v4, PMP, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of experience.

Your Day:

• Overseeing the full lifecycle of healthcare IT application implementations

• Manage team (hire, train, mentor)

• Leading a team of developers and analysts through system design, testing, rollout, and support

• Designing process improvements and implementing automated solutions

• Forecasting budgets, managing expenditures, and ensuring optimal application performance

• Participating in IT governance and making strategic recommendations for software/hardware need

Area Info: Capital of Delaware, east-central part of the state. City maintains a strong colonial heritage with many beautifully preserved buildings from the era. There's plenty to see and do. Pickering Beach is nearby, the bay is great for boating, kayaking and fishing. Other beaches are 30-40 miles from Dover.
