Job Description

Ije Inc. is now hiring FedEx Delivery Route Drivers and Personal Delivery Drivers in the Durham, NC area. Drivers operate out of the Durham terminal and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses. Our drivers use step vans provided by the employer. No CDL required!

We are now accepting applications for full-time and part-time drivers!

Terminal Location: 338 Pea Ridge Rd, New Hill, NC 27562

Delivery Driver:

Pay: $150 Per Day

Schedule:

Full-time is 5 days scheduled per week.

Work schedule is Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Part-Time is 2 to 3 days scheduled per week.

Our routes dispatch no later than 8:00 AM and are completed once all packages are delivered.

Personal Vehicle Delivery Driver:

Schedule:

Starting Pay: $1.60 per stop

Work Schedule: Part-time available - 2-3 days scheduled per week

Our routes dispatch no later than 10:00 AM and are completed once all packages are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.

Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.

Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.

Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.

Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.

Personal Vehicle Delivery Drivers must have a SUV, truck with covered bed, minivans, or station wagons 2015 or newer

Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
