We’re seeking an Accounting Coordinator who is organized, reliable, and detail-driven—a professional who takes pride in supporting daily financial operations that power exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Coordinator, you’ll:
Partner closely with the Controller and General Manager to support property-level accounting operations
Maintain accurate records of daily deposits, track receipts, and manage petty cash banks
Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable invoicing and coding
Support month-end financial reporting and reconciliations
Prepare and monitor expense reports, travel documentation, and expense receipts
Perform general administrative tasks such as calendar management, internal communications, supply orders, and document organization
Ensure financial procedures align with company standards and service expectations
What We’re Looking For
You're a great fit if you:
Have a polished, professional demeanor and thrive in a detail-focused, deadline-driven environment
Are adept at multitasking and prioritize well under pressure
Communicate clearly and confidently—both written and verbal
Are highly organized and comfortable with office systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; accounting or property management software experience is a plus)
Take initiative and are proactive in solving problems and streamlining processes
Bring at least 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support, ideally in a hospitality or luxury service setting
