Reporting directly to the Fabrication Supervisor we are currently seeking a Receiving Clerk for our Afternoon Shift to be based at our Price, Utah facility.

Position Summary: Oversee receiving activities, maintains order and process flow of production materials coming into
the facility by performing the following duties.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am
Essential Functions: Other duties may be assigned
1. Receives materials coming into warehouse/facility accurately and promptly.
2. Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking materials received against packing list,
bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records; keeps records of goods received to match
Epicor and vendor packing slips; forwards all packing slips to purchasing
3. Checks for damaged goods; handles claim with freight companies and vendors as necessary
4. Work with Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy of packing slip & Epicor receipt entry when AP does triple match
(PO to Receipt to Invoice).
5. Keep warehouse area clean, and organized
6. Operate forklift to move or hoist deliveries from receiving area to storage area or from receiving area to
designated staging area
7. Directs salvage of damaged or used material
8. Assist warehouse personnel with inventory control and maintenance
9. Confers with appropriate department heads to ensure coordination of receiving warehouse activities with
activities of other functions such as production, sales, and records control
10. Conveys materials and items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas
11. Ensures items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner
12. Perform cyclic counts and assist with inventory maintenance
Tools and Equipment
1. Safe use of overhead cranes, forklifts hoists, to assist in moving, unloading, and loading material
2. Operate misc. hand tools.
3. Properly care for and maintain tools in good operating condition; ensure tools and equipment are properly
stored at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, plus two years’ experience in shipping/receiving/warehouse operations
• In-depth knowledge of IE organization and operations, shipping/receiving practices, and procedures
• Good understanding and knowledge in the production and manufacturing of electrical distribution equipment
related to the mining industry
• Lift up to 50 Lbs., Push/Pull up to 100 Lbs.
• Must be able to read English, count accurately, do simple math, and write English legibly
• Must be able to safely operate Company forklifts
• Attention to detail. Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, and able to fulfill obligations
• Good PC skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook, EPICOR, and other specialized purchasing applications
• Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of internal employees, customers, and vendors
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess basic computational ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent assignments
• Ability to identify work priorities and function with very little supervision
• Must be a team player and self-motivated
• Bottom line focus on delivering value to the organization
• Must be able to work a 48-hour work week
