Custom Patch Hats is a small, dynamic manufacturing company. We pride ourselves on our commitment to craftsmanship and customer service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to support our Sales & Design Team.

Job Summary: The Graphic Design Coordinator plays a key role in creating compelling design mockups and preparing accounts for production. This position requires a balance of creativity and strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with our internal production teams. Ultimately, success in this role is defined by effective sales support, collaborative teamwork, and a well-managed workflow.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Create mock-ups and artwork for custom patch orders based on specifications provided by the inside sales team.

Collaborate closely with sales to ensure designs meet client expectations and production requirements.

Maintain a high output of mock-ups to support efficient order processing.

Ensure all designs adhere to product specifications, including patch types, materials, and assembly techniques for apparel and hats.

Manage and organize digital assets to streamline workflow and maintain consistency.

Stay updated on product offerings and production capabilities to inform design decisions.Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the sales team.

Limited customer interaction; focus on internal design production.

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit for extended periods, often at a desk or workstation

Frequent use of hands for handling objects, tools, or computer controls

Repetitive motions, such as typing and using a mouse

Prolonged screen time, requiring visual focus and attention to detail

Maintaining proper posture while working at a computer for long durations

Education & Experience: Graphic Design Associate Degree or equivalent, and 1 year of experience.
