Infosys is seeking Senior Java Developer with Microservices development experience. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within driving distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate to these locations.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

At least 4 years of Java application development.

At least 2 years of experience in design & development using PCF, JSON, JDBC, JPA/ORM framework.

3+ years of Hands-on experience in Spring framework (Cloud, Boot, Security, IoC), Angular 9+.

At least 2 years of experience in agile project life cycle activities, domain driven design, MicroServices patterns and architectures.

Understanding of OOP & SOA principles, Enterprise design patterns, industry best practices Strong knowledge on designing high availability, scalable and high performance systems.

Strong knowledge on System design fundamentals

Experience in developing Microservices using Spring Boot, Netflix OSS (Zuul, Eureka, Ribbon, Hystrix)

Expertise in working with various J2EE technologies including Hibernate, Struts MVC Framework, Servlets, JNDI, JMS, JDBC, AJAX, WEB SERVICES and Maven.

PCF (Cloud Foundry), Jenkins, Maven, DevSecops, Github Copilot

Shared Claims Platform – claims workflow knowledge for local and host processing is Must.

Good Problem solving and Analytical skills.

• Analytical skills to identify root cause and come up with solutions/alternatives.

• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.

• Participate in project review meetings with the client and provide regular updates to offshore.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Healthcare Industry is preferred.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
