We are looking for a Quality Control Manager!

Chatsworth, CA Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Control Manager in Chatsworth, CA.

As a Quality Control Manager you will: Achieves quality control objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, and quality measures, identifying and resolving issues, completing audits, determining system improvements, and implementing changes.

Ensures the organization's Quality Management System conforms to customer requirements, internal standards, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP ISO 22716, and regulatory requirements.

Develops Quality Control by conducting safety and hazard analyses, monitoring procedures, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

Validates Quality Control processes by establishing product specifications and quality standards, measuring production, and writing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.

Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, system, and compliance audits, investigating customer complaints, and collaborating with other departments to develop new products, manufacturing methods, and training programs.

Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, implementing corrective actions, and re-validating processes.

Updates job knowledge by staying current with developments in quality management and participating in seminars.

Accomplishes quality control human resources objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations, and enforcing policies and procedures.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) OSHA standards and regulations Good and practical skills Must have basic knowledge of mathematics Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy Time management skills Team player Flexible with work hours (able to work after regular work schedule and weekends) Must be at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or equivalent.

Experience in the contract manufacturing desired.

Pay Rate: Salary $75,000 - $80,000 Annually, Full time - Exempt role *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
