Project Manager-Packaging Design

Job Title: Project Manager-Packaging Design Location: Hershey, PA Schedule: Hybrid Project Manager-Packaging Design Overview Independently manage the workflow and project tracking for the In-House Design Team.

Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and the design team, ensuring efficient assignment of projects based on team capacity and skillsets.

Oversee all stages of the design process—from intake to final delivery—including timelines, feedback loops, and approvals.

Project Manager-Packaging Design Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the design project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.

Host regular status meetings with Designers, Marketing, and Packaging Graphics to align priorities and resolve issues.

Implement consistent tracking and communication protocols.

Independently manage and track assigned projects through digital tools, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

Review final packaging graphics for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.

Drive continuous improvement of workflows and systems in collaboration with the Sr.

Design Manager and Operations team.

Recommend upgrades and process enhancements.

Manage 500-550 projects per year Project Manager-Packaging Design Requirements Education: BA/BS in Printing, Packaging, Graphic Arts, Packaging Engineering, or equivalent industry experience Experience: 3+ years in the CPG or graphic arts industry Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Working knowledge of design principles and the CPG industry Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment Skilled in project and traffic management, including task delegation and workload balancing Proficient problem-solver System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
