Description:
The Investment Operations Associate is a highly skilled support specialist that assists Trust Officers with middle office functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting Trust Officers with account termination process
Assisting Trust Officers with unique asset pricing
Transferring marketable securities including, but not limited to Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and cash for on-boarding clients
Transferring assets between internal accounts
Purchasing, redeeming and processing dividends on bank CDs
Manual shadow posting, loading and reconciling automated data feed for shadow accounts
Creating and distributing various reports to Trust Officers
Adjusting cost for correct cost basis reporting
Processing back up withholdingRequirements:
1-3 years of Financial Industry experience supporting wealth management professionals and/or experience in a law office supporting trusts and estates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, customer service and attention to detail skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new or updated software
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
Dependable and adaptable to changes
