We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer data into our systems while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will assist customers with inquiries and ensure their information is correctly processed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
