Position Summary As an Electrical Plating Technician, you will be responsible for applying metal coatings to various substrates through electroplating processes.
You will ensure high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations.
Key Positions Responsibilities and Accountabilities Set up and operate electroplating equipment according to specifications.
Prepare surfaces for plating by cleaning, polishing, and masking as required.
Monitor plating processes, adjusting parameters to ensure quality and efficiency.
Conduct inspections of plated parts for quality assurance, identifying defects and inconsistencies.
Maintain proper chemical balances and perform regular maintenance on plating baths.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and provide support in troubleshooting issues.
