Duties: Work with tech leads, solution architects and senior business partners to provide critical business solutions to support the business and our clients by analyzing business and systems requirements, organization’s best practices and current technology. Designing solutions application platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our development, QA, product teams, and Architects. Overseeing the completion of work products for various teams and creating and setting standards for teams to follow. Researching new solutions and working with teams to provide proof of concepts and establish new patterns. Ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables and collaborating with business stakeholders to resolve issues. Partnering with application and data developers on designs, models and best in class implementation. Liaising with team members to meet client needs and assist in the design and development of data quality and data drift detection software. Implementing data integration (ETL) with Salesforce (or other CRM applications) using Informatica Power Center and IICS. Providing production support for data issues, including data fixes across platforms. Leading efforts to analyze data models, data interfaces, and dependencies of the older CRM platform, as well as planning, specifying, and developing new data integrations and interfaces to enable retirement of the old platform. Working closely with DBAs, data analysts, developers, and production support to identify and fix data issues that cross platforms. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.

What you have

Job requirements: Bachelor's in Applied Computer Science or related field and 84 months of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience or Master's in Applied Computer Science or related field and 60 months of experience. Experience must include 7 years (with Bachelor's) or 5 years (with Master's) in each of the following skills: Informatica PowerCenter and IICS;RDBMS solutions; SQL and Oracle DBMS; Performance tuning data solutions, SQL and data base objects; Writing PL/SQL, T-SQL or other data base scripting languages; Other 4GL language programing experience (Java, Python); Knowledge of data security, data quality and control; Unix Shell Scripting; and Integration with Salesforce.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
