What We Do

When you re one of us you ll understand that cabinet making is just part of what you ll do. We take pride in our shop, so cleanliness and organization are foundational parts of our day. We have a structured work environment which empowers our Crew to go about their work without constant oversight. It is our nature to be problem solvers and innovators. If we happen to be out of problems to solve, we are taking something that isn t broken and making it even better. Our culture is continuous improvement.

What It Takes

We have training programs to help develop anyone s skillsets to meet our performance standard. Above all else, we are looking for specific key traits in an individual interested in joining our Crew. A prime candidate must have the leadership skillset of taking responsibility of their actions and items they are in care of. They must have the inner strength to persevere through challenges paired with a mindset that is always open to learning something new, adapting to new situations and sharing what they know. Somebody who enjoys the structure of a process driven environment and the hunger to improve it as needed.

Creative Wood Designs is a people-oriented company. A hand shake and a face-to-face meeting is the first step. Our interview process is comprised of at least three interviews over one to two weeks.
