Now Hiring: 1st Shift Machine Operator

ABR Employment Services is hiring for a client company in the Manitowoc area! We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with mechanical aptitude to join a growing manufacturing team as a Machine Operator on 1st shift. What You'll Do:

Set up and operate machines according to production specifications

Monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency

Perform routine inspections and measurements

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work as part of a team to meet production goals What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment preferred

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools is a plus

Good mechanical skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Dependable and eager to learn Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm

Competitive pay based on experience
